Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of being placed, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information where available.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, based on your delivery address and the items in your cart. Estimated delivery time is 4–10 business days from the date your order is dispatched, depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, customs processing (for international orders), or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United Kingdom. If you are located outside the UK and would like to place an order, please contact us at contact@sunbuya.shop to check availability.

International Orders (if applicable)

For international shipments, please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Sunbuya is not responsible for these charges, and they are the responsibility of the customer.

Large or Bulky Items

Some products (such as pergolas, outdoor kitchen units, and large BBQ grills) may be classified as bulky or oversized items and could require special delivery arrangements, longer delivery windows, or additional shipping charges. Where applicable, this will be clearly noted on the product page or communicated to you at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery status.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at contact@sunbuya.shop with your order number, and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, though we will do our best to assist in redirecting the package where possible.
